This year we are doing things a little differently. We are asking for a bag full instead of individual items! We hope this will mean we have a bit of everything instead of 100+ boxes of mince pies (trust us, this is not an exaggeration).

Below are the options four options to donate:

One Person Household

  • Small Christmas cake/yule log
  • Small alcohol free Christmas pudding
  • Mince pies/sweet pies
  • Tin of ready made custard
  • Bag of crisps or nuts
  • Chocolates
  • Bottle or can of soft drink

Two Person Household

  • Medium Christmas cake/stollen/yule log
  • Medium alcohol free Christmas pudding
  • Mince pies/sweet pies
  • Tin or carton of ready made custard
  • Sharing bag of crisps or nuts
  • Chocolates
  • Bottle of soft drink

Four+ Person Household

  • Christmas cake/ stollen/yule log
  • Large alcohol-free Christmas pudding
  • Mince pies/ sweet pies
  • 2 tins/1 carton ready made custard
  • Large bag of crisps/ nuts
  • Chocolates/ sweets
  • Bottle of soft drink
  • Box of crackers (the pulling kind)

 

A New Gift Such As

  • Small board game
  • Card game
  • Stationary
  • A book
  • Toiletries

 

Please Note The Following:

  • Bags need to be a strong bag for life or canvas bag.
  • Bags need to have been dropped off to the Foodbank at the Congregational Church Manse by Thursday 12th December.
  • Bags can be dropped off on Mondays’ between 2pm and 5pm, Tuesdays between 9am and 10 am, Thursdays between 10.30 am and 2.30pm or Friday between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. If these hours are not convenient then please contact [email protected] to make a mutually convenient time.
